We're two accountants who love spreadsheets. And we want you to love them too. Because
after fifteen years of developing spreadsheet applications, we know just how much easier
the right spreadsheet can make everything from running your business to balancing your
checkbook. We've worked extensively with small businesses, non profits, CPA firms and
government entities. Our clients kept urging us to make our spreadsheets available to
anyone who wants them. We really loved the idea of sharing the joy of spreadsheets. And
that's how spreadsheetstogo.com got going.
Meet the Spreadsheet Guys
Art Willis
Art Willis is a specialist in accounting, taxes and financial analysis. He was the Weld
County Treasurer for seven years, elected and re-elected to administer a multi-million dollar
portfolio of public funds. He did such a good job he was Colorado County Treasurer of the
Year in 2000. Art is the owner of Colorado Business Services, and CFO of an international
investment firm. He also serves as Secretary Treasurer of a number of other entities. He has
extensive business consulting experience, and has worked with lots of entrepreneurs, start-ups
and non-profits. For an accountant, Art is a real Renaissance man, interested in everything
from the history of cognac to fly fishing. And while Art is a major brain in accounting, he
speaks fluent English non-accountants can understand. Art wishes he had more time to go
fishing.
Bob Barkley
Bob Barkley has spent most of his adult life in accounting and fiscal management, except for
a stint in law enforcement, which taught him how to peacefully resolve conflicts. Bob has
been designing spreadsheets pretty much seven days a week, eight hours a day for the past
fifteen years. In his limited amounts of spare time, Bob designs spreadsheets. Really. But
Bob isn't one of those guys who can only talk spreadsheets. Sometimes he talks about accounting,
budgeting and payroll issues. So when we say we are fascinated by your project, and can't
wait to get to work on it, we're not kidding. Bob doesn't talk to clients as much as Art does,
because he's usually busy dreaming up new ways spreadsheets can improve people's lives. Bob
wishes he had more time to design spreadsheets.
